One of the most highly anticipated games of all time is finally set to make it’s worldwide debut after launching exclusively on the PSP in Japan back in 2011.
There’s many reason for all the hype, but one thing is for certain…this game looks visually stunning!
The story is centralized around a group students known as Class Zero who are pulled into action once the Militesi Empire launches an assault on the other Crystal States of Orience.
Compared to other Final Fantasy games, Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is a bit more of a darker story and features gameplay most similar to Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII.
The story follows the original PSP version; meaning you’ll be traveling across the world of Orience in your airship in order to complete missions.
Players will be able to use 14 characters, and during battles can switch characters in and out with three characters being the max to take into battle. Each character has their own special weapon and attacks that grow as they level up and gain experience.
Unfortunately there is no multiplayer feature for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD but that should not be a problem as there are hours upon hours of gameplay to keep you occupied.
As an added bonus, those who purchase a copy of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD will be able to access a demo for the upcoming Final Fantasy XV. You can pick up this baby on the Playstation 4 and Xbox One starting on March 17, 2015.
