The Future Of Marvel Cinematic Universe
The Marvel Cinematic Universe has seen an outstanding amount of success in the last decade and a half. From Iron Man to Captain America to The Avengers, MCU has continually produced fan enthralling, cinematic bursting films for the modern day. But what’s to come from the relatively young powerhouse studio in California?
Marvel Cinematic Universe has repeatedly said that they will continue making films for heroes that do well. Following the success of the first five avengers, we know marvel is testing the waters. Not only with the Avengers: Age of Ultron come to theaters this year, but Antman will also release as a stand alone feature, followed by Dr. Strange in 2016. Both these additions, represent lesser known heroes making their way to the big screen to further the franchise and expand the universe.
Marvel Cinematic Universe said, “I could arguably say what we’re planning for the year 2021. Will that happen? I don’t know. But what we planned for 2015 in 2006 is happening.” While the Marvel Cinematic Universe is already looking to 2021 for new releases and new movies, official announcements show that fans can expect Marvel Cinematic Universe films until at least 2019. Den of Geek has provided a list of announcements and brief descriptions of the heroes featured in them.
While we can’t guarantee what the Marvel Cinematic Universe has in store, we do know that a slew of heroes and hero teams will be making an epic debut on the big screen over the next couple of years.
